Founded in 2005 to develop processes, databases and software systems for the growing landscape of mutual aid, initially in Illinois.
With time and momentum, the services and solutions delivered to our end users led to a variety of new systems being created.
These now cover a wide range of areas under the umbrella of law enforcement, resource management and emergency preparedness.
Both members are products of the heralded College of Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Tyrus began programming professionally in High School, graduated with highest honors in Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois, and has never stopped learning.
He brings 25 years of professional software development experience creating data-intensive multi-user collaborative systems with special attention to cybersecurity.
Stewart has been interested in computing since typing out his first BASIC game at age 7. He met Tyrus as an undergraduate at the University of Illinois, where he graduated with honors in Computer Science and was first introduced to real web programming.
From there, he went on to complete his Masters in Computer Science at UCLA where his focus was networking theory, database design and cutting-edge wireless technology.
